The second vineyard on SP11 is on the right hand side of the road is called Dorati, comprising 1.8 hectares planted solely with Ruchè. This hill is exposed to the East, but thanks to the up&down system (ritocchino) Ferraris’ manages to accumulate enough natural light ideal for cultivating Ruchè in this vineyard. Given the exposure, this allows for a medium-structured wine but with a significant aromatic profile which emits floral and spicy perfumes typical of the Ruchè zone.
